 Join DermAware for an interactive presentation on sun safety and the science behind sunscreen! Learn how ultraviolet (UV) rays affect the skin, why daily sun protection is important for people of all ages and skin tones, and how to choose and apply sunscreen correctly. Participants will enjoy hands-on activities, including UV bead demonstrations, myth-versus-fact games, sunscreen label-reading, and more while learning practical, evidence-based strategies to protect their skin throughout the summer and beyond.
